Revision Course Easter 2024

Course Description

My approach to the chemistry course sets it apart from those intensive 3-day, 8-hour courses. I’ve spread the curriculum over 7 days and into shorter more manageable sessions, spanning the 2-week Easter break. This format provides time for daily reflection and practice, acknowledging that students have multiple subjects to tackle during this period. Led by myself, Chris Dalton, an experienced teacher, tutor and examiner, my course ensures top-tier support. Throughout the program, Year 12 and Year 13 students recap their academic year’s content, refreshing their knowledge and addressing weak points. They also hone their exam techniques, building the confidence and skills required for exam success. Collaborating with fellow students offers a reassuring atmosphere and fosters clarity through peer discussions. My course is more than just knowledge; it’s about boosting confidence, motivation, and reducing exam-related anxiety. My Easter crash courses elevate revision to a new level, equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to excel in their upcoming summer exams. 

Structure of the Day

09:30am – 1:30pm  OR  2:00pm – 6:00pm

The course spans 7 days, with 4-hour sessions, spread over the 2 week Easter break. AQA and OCR students alternate between two session: 09.30am-1.30pm with 2 breaks or 2.00pm-6.00pm with 2 breaks.

I have made an effort to accommodate your distinct needs by providing flexibility for individuals observing Ramadan, allowing for a slightly later start than a typical school day. In acknowledgment of the significance of Eid, I have scheduled a break on the 9th and 10th of April for celebrations.
